A Legacy of Leadership

Founded in 1970, the National Black MBA® Association was created to support Black professionals entering the corporate world-often for the first time-by sharing guidance, insight, and community. Early members navigated new challenges and, in turn, helped the next generation succeed through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
